The new batches are 'click and qual' ... and even though it looks like you don't have the qual, you can start accepting them. I usually make a new job for these in PC (and a few other batches I work) because with PC you can limit how many you accept (Queue Hit Limit). I do this because want to leave room for other big $ hits....and those shorter timer HITs - I end up tossing some back if the server is slow.

Good. I'm glad people are actually catching this stuff. I try to vary it up and post some stuff with no TO, but I feel like those are a gamble.

I feel like it's always been inconsistent. At least, since I've been turking in earnest in 2014 (joined in 2010).

That's why I think people should treat every HIT they're working on as if it's already being shared on several websites. Chances are, it is. If people feel their PE is being threatened, then they should find something else to work on. Like I said, I've seen people who refused to do Zs net $100+ days because they found something else to work on. And when that something else got discovered, they went to something else and so on.

I personally think those who subscribe to the "don't share my batch!" mentality are the ones who are truly asking to be spoonfed.

BUT...

If you wanna keep something secret, keep it secret. Just don't drop hints and be sly. It looks silly and people figure it out pretty quickly.
(not saying anybody does that here, but I've seen it on other forums)

 

I actually posted in here when Stanford was looking for more participants and I'd like to think the few people that messaged me their email got in. Those huddler tasks are from a qual I got last year some time. I really think that posting quals is the most important thing to share.
