I am well aware of this, but if you go to a movie theater to watch a movie, you're watching it at 24fps. Unless you went to see the Hobbit and watched that 48fps fuckery. I get that I said they are "filmed" at 24fps, but I really just meant that's what we view it at and I apologize for not being more specific.
When it comes to cable the way that video is transmitted involves all kinds of fuckery with the frames and I won't bother getting into it, but regardless, at the end of the day if you're watching something like GoT you're watching it at 24fps. (I'm talking about in the US)

Who's the resident networking expert? I'm going to replace my Time Capsule soon and am looking for a new router. I backup my Mac to the cloud and at this point I really don't see the need to backup locally as well.

I'm looking at the Synology routers. Any others I should be considering?
