So there's this dickhead in my neighborhood. He owns a lot along where I take my dog for walks and it's basically just a bunch of grass and partially cut down tree (he got fined hella much because he tried to cut it down and it is a protected tree ). His brother told me I was not "allowed" to walk near it. I lol'd and then I reported his brother to the code enforcement office this morning because he hasn't touched the property in months and the grass is overgrown and there is trash, glass, and shit everywhere.

I just walked by the lot and the code enforcement officer already left a message for him to clean it up He probably won't see it because he never touches the property and will probably get fined again.

I lol'd all the way home.
