You receive this email because you worked with on our HITs within a week.

We want to update with you that we pushed fix that would help decrease the chances of cutoff of ads.
Meanwhile, we'd love to share FAQs that we hope you take some time reading.

If you still experience cutoff and couldn't apply the tips below in FAQ to resolve it on your end, please
screenshot and send us.

FAQ:

Q: The ads occasionally get cut off, how should I deal with it?
A: Please reply with screenshots of the issues. From your end, you are required to:
Only submit answers when each ad is fully loaded before submitting your answer.
Use previous/next to go back and restart on the ad getting cut off.
Refresh the HIT through your browser, and re-work on the HIT again.
Work under normal network speed to avoid the issue.
Please note that not abiding by the rules above, which causes issues, won't be acceptable excuses for low work quality.

Q: I received warning about my lower than average work quality. What's wrong?
A: When you acquired qualification through tests, you've correctly answered to 2 test ads and that's why were granted to work on real HITs.
That's said, you are expected to hold true to the same evaluation standard across all time given the same ads presented to you.
If your answers fluctuate fiercely, we revoke your qualification and allow you to re-take the tests in order to familiarize how you could deal with different type of HITs.

Q: Is there any guidance for me to improve my work?
A: We suggest you re-take the qualification tests for the HIT that you are concerned with. Instructions are provided to your for some clarifications to deal with our HITs.

Q: The questions are very subjective, I don't think my answers are wrong based on my personal feeling. How do you fairly evaluate each assignment?
A: We understand how each ad appeals to people differently. However, we specifically design questions to be as objective/neutral as we can.
We compare your questions with the majority of workers, so it's easy for us to confidently identify global outliners.
We wouldn't say your work is wrong, but we may stop you from working because we don't think we got meaningful feedbacks as they are against the unanimity.

Q: Do you reject assignments and how I can dispute?
A: Yes! To be fair to diligent workers and the sustainability of this platform,
we have zero tolerance of malicious work. In other words, you don't have to be worried too much if you always work with due diligence.
Please note we hardly revert our decisions unless you are able to provide valid reasons (no body were able to as we are confident our rejections against malicious workers).
Therefore, do not arbitrage because the consequence is that you won't get paid and your approval rate will significantly drop.

I don't think it'll affect your submission. I think he cares more that the identified listing's correct.

 

never messed up one of those before but did mess up the address and coordinates once a few weeks ago (had the right address formatted wrong and put coordinates in the wrong place):
He emailed me told me told me what I did wrong and asked me to be more careful in the future. After I recovered from the mini stroke I was having I responded to the email and thanked him for the fed back.

 

I've never heard of someone losing it over the duplicate listings..
