    It's a rolling average. If you work for 8 hours and make 100 dollars, you've made 12.5 dollars an hour. It doesn't matter whether you made 80 of it in 2 hours because some fire batch dropped and only made 20 in the remaining six hours. It still averages out. At least that's been how my experience with it has been.
