Yes, but I still get false positives in there once in a while. Unless you specifically have mturk-noreply@amazon.com in your whitelist, there's a possibility if their comments trigger the flags on any A.I. that checks for spam. I know Gmail uses A.I. for some of the detection.

No I do believe there is also a cap for IP. It's why a logged out scraper in incognito can still cause PRE's. I'm not sure where I read it. It may have been something on Panda crazy. That guy knows his stuff.
