Yep I went to the one in Philly that was closest to the other 3 errands I had to run. I should be next, so it will have only taken an hour to get my damn picture taken. And on top of that, it looks like the lady on the phone lied and I didn't need my birth certificate which means I didn't need my marriage license which means I could have sent in my passport for processing last week!
