    same thing happens to me, I step outside and it's at least three neighbors that want to talk, so I do and try not to get rude, so after a good 30 min plus I have to make up some lame excuse as to not hurt anyones feelings. I usually go with A: I have a date tonight B: I got something on the stove C: I'm expecting a call Or D: Got to go find that lost sock
