    My laptop does not have soldered in RAM and it was fairly cheap because I shop sales.

    Not all laptops have soldered in CPU's as well. Case in point, mine did not. I went from an i3 to an i5. I don't know all of the exact specs because my husband did all the work and research.

    But anyway, not all laptops are built the same and you have to research before you buy if you want to keep that laptop for a long time and replace things in it. It's not completely outside the realm of possibility to improve a laptop. The only statement you made with truth to it is the GPU. They're pretty much impossible to replace.

    We also did these upgrades like 2 years ago to make the life of my laptop last longer. After we get settled in the house for about 6 months or so, then I'm building a desktop. Too tiny of an apartment to do anything worth doing here.

    Yeah, general rule of thumb is it's PROBABLY going to be non-upgradable, but there's some exceptions to that, you just need to seek them out.

    On the Tax -Engines I've been marking Other Item on the ones that have drug labels instead of supplement or nutrition labels. Sounds right to everyone? This batch seems to have a lot more of those than what I got in the other batch like this.
