Cons: This task could take longer for others depending on the effort put in but at the same time it could be shorter for others as well.

Pros: Noblis tends to have a huge variety of HITs that pop up during the year, some are better than others but they usually pay at least minimum wage and because the formatting is usually pretty bad they can be improved to a very well paid hourly rate with the use of scripts.

They're fantastic about communicating back/forth with workers and are usually prompt in resolving issues that come up.

Getting "up to speed" on their various HITs is super quick if you take the time to read the directions. Their instructions are usually very clear and often contain visual examples to help out.

With a script these take 15-25s for me ($25-$30/hr).

Generally they go to auto-approval time. Sometimes ranging from 3-7 days IME. This batch is 3 days.
Cons: They're often hit with sub par work because they don't utilize qualifications very well. They've largely moved over to a closed qual system lately though so this less of a problem nowadays.

The pay can be mediocre if you're not utilizing scripts depending on the HIT. In general the pay can vary a good bit between tasks.
