I believe the 3rd example is their goal for this batch, to identify items that seem like it's a pack or set of things but is only 1 item. This can include something that's 2 / 1 as well, I can't find one to show but I remember I had one where the product name was like "7 pc plier set" but it was actually 7 different kinds of hand tools. I think their phrasing of going off the product name is important to remember.
