Is he/she fixed? My boy rabbit wouldn't consistently use the litter box till I had him neutered and then he was able to be a house rabbit and use either of the litter boxes on each floor like a champ.

You can't have quite a few guns here. Many features are banned. You can go featureless with a real magazine release or pop on a whopping one feature or something with a "Bullet Button," but they're trying to patch that out, too. High-capacity is banned. Big, black, scary "assault rifles" are banned. Silencers are strictly forbidden on all guns. Fully automatic is strictly forbidden. Grandfathered guns are generally banned. The gangs don't seem to care for some reason.

I live in Las Vegas and (previously) worked next door to the shooting. Nevada is a pro gun state and fully automatic weapons are legal. Along with Gambling , Prostitution, 24 hour liquor, and recreational Marijuana,.
My condolences go out to the victims and their family and friends . I was no where near the incident and am unharmed.
