Dude, it's bad for your liver when taken in excess or mixed with alcohol although almost anything can be bad for your liver really. Good thing I'm not doing either. It still is part of many pain pills though in safe doses. I literally have fiorcet that is butalbitol-codeine-acetimenophen-caffeine on my fucking desk right now in its happy prescription bottle. Most medications are shitty for your liver, especially in excess or long term. Any NSAID can fuck your liver , excess ibuprofen is not AS toxic, but can still cause toxic hepatitis. It also does 0 for my fevers.

i've been living in hospitals for a large portion of my life and I don't really feel like having a conversation about pharmacology right now. I am well aware of the risks I have to deal with for every single medication that passes into my damn body. I would highly prefer not to be boiling to death though, and I've been hospitalized from excessively high fevers and extreme dehydration more times than I can shake a stick at.

Man, I thought I was so complex and artistic. I once had a meltdown cause I broke up with someone and he used the same Fiona Apple lyrics for his status as I did.

Mannnn, I went nuts. Then i switched to Radiohead cause I WAS SO HIP.

I remember a few things from the AIM days.

1) obsessively checking buddy list any time the door open happened to see if it was my crush
2) messaging something to a crush I would never have the balls to say in real life, then alt+tabbing away to hide my embarrassment (cuz that helped)
3) getting into a fight on AIM, posting said sad lyrics as away message, then "going away" while sitting at the computer to see if anyone cared enough to send me a message

....I really think AIM is partly responsible for my borderline personality disorder

But on the plus side, Hubby and I got to know each other through 5 hour long marathon AIM sessions, so it's a win for me.

 

I'm getting a ridiculous amount of PREs on worker. I think they have drained the pool a bit.
