    No. I own those, why TF would I need an apartment with them? Finding a place with a yard for the dogs, that wouldn't reject us for having cats, and had a fridge or dishwasher was basically an impossible task if we didn't want to pay 1850 a month in rent and Matt not having to drive an hour to work. Most rentals in this town don't have a dishwasher or fridge, it's kinda how it goes.

    I can wash dishes by hand more easily than I can deal with having the dogs cooped up without even a little shitty dirt yard like we have now.

    A lot of places have microwaves built in from my experience here. For example when my parents bought a home it came with one.

    This is the first place I've ever had without a dishwasher but worse things have happened. My shitty little studio had a dishwasher from the 80s pretty much.

    You use that dishwasher bb!

    My parents house has a dishwasher and they still don't ever use the thing. We make fun of my mom all the time for it.They even replaced it with a new one and they're still not using it.

    Yeah, that sometimes is the case but it's not super commonplace in rentals that aren't in an apartment complex, which we are not. I've lived in a lot of places over the last 10 years and not 1 had a microwave. Dishwasher and fridge, yes.

    I WOULD USE IT MAN! Can't wait to buy a house hopefully. With my luck Matt will want to move in a couple months again and I will just go insane.

    If given the choice I would take no dishwasher over no garbage disposal. Like seriously, we were living in NJ and paying $2100/month in rent and the damn apartment didn't even have a garbage disposal. Why the hell am I paying that much in rent if I need to fish crap out of my drain?!?

    What kind of savage are you? First of all drain filters are like $1 a piece at Walmart and second of all.. who dumps food down the drain to begin with?

    No one hit me with that "preference yo" garbage, this man needs to fix his life right now.

    YES THIS. The last two houses we renred didn't have a disposal. This place has a disposal and I'm so happy!

    Do not have central air here, which is fun, luckily we missed the worst of summer. And, since the place doesn't have a fridge I talked my way into that super fancy Kitchenaid fridge as penance for Matt losing my cat. Ugh, now if only it would finally get here!

    A) we live in WILDLY different parts of Cali and the norm here is not the same as the norm where you are bruh
