    Lol to be fair, this is simple CSS, not real programming. But I do know some Javascript (among other web-related languages [PHP, CGI/Perl, SQL, etc]). I've created many websites and installed forums over the years, it's just been a little while, so I may be a tiny bit rusty ;)

    They also might be testing which ways get them the results they are looking for. 5 months ago they had us doing these in groups via mic'd up web chats. Then they moved to solo written responses. Now they have added group written responses.

    What will really get you thinking is if they don't give two shits about our answers, but are ACTUALLY testing motivation levels across the various ways they have posted it.
