    There was a "silent" batch up to apply for the qual earlier. It's gone now.

    (Silent because they never exactly specified it was for a qual, but our seasoned Thubbers know what to recognize from Sergey.)

    So, do things like Sergey happen a lot? Or are quals 'rare'? I feel like you need to get qualified for stuff to actually make money here and I'm just curious how hard it is to do that.
