I can check, but as far as I know, nothing's changed in our server back-end infrastructure.

I can say that if anything else is sharing your connection--something streaming on your connection, someone downloading a big file, or even sometimes just having a tab open that's running Overwatch or something similar where it's constantly pinging a server can sometimes knock people off our connection.

 

If you ever run into issues like this you should look into messing with the QoS settings on your router. If they are setup correctly someone could nearly max the download on a torrent and nobody would notice.

Hey all!

So my gravy train has finally ended. A coworker snitched on me and I've been told to knock it off on "other activities" at work. So you will be seeing a lot less of me!

I love you all, and I'm still going to turk but you won't see me during the workday hours any more unfortunately. I figured this would happen eventually and I don't "need" the money so thats just how this shit goes.

 

I'll probably be back, on a more subdued level, using ONLY remote desktop, but that will be a very long time from now lol.
