If you have the Panda Crazy Queue helper, you open a hit in a tab and then any other tab you open out of PC won't use that hit and when it reloads the next in your queue it will skip it too.

I'll have to try that. Right now I'm using mmmturkey queue order fix and using javascript bookmarklets bookmarked to open up either the least time available, or the latest accepted. It works pretty well for me, but it's a bit goofy.
