10/24 - Tubular Tuesday!

I click the OW notification, occasionally catch a csat that way, add the panda to my PC otherwise. Except for the 1.12, which I leave running all the time after a certain time in the morning.

Most pins you just grab off OW because they will no tasks available once enough people have done them, so a panda won't do much good.

I didn't notice you asked about pins too, but yeah, I just get them off OW like the fabulous @Hummingbirdee here says.

I get everything off OW and scraper, and if I don't catch it the first time around I'll run a panda for a while depending on what it is.

 

Hey i have a question about C-sats, can we panda alot of these at the same time and do them all? i see in the hit it says you cannot do anymore from this batch. so i cant do mutiples that were panda'd???

 

I have all 3 too. And I'm always destined to get sick when the weather fluctuates this much and air pressure definitely seems to affect the onset of migraines. Feel better.

In my experience, for everything except the 1.12s, when you see that you really are done and you can turn off that panda. Leave the 1.12 running, return the one that says no more. the next one you get from a 1.12 will probably work. Sometimes the other ones have more cycles too, but I rarely find it worth it to keep pandaing those.

One at a time only. Never two at a time, that'll get you blocked. As for the "no more from this batch message", you should ignore it and see if the next one loads for you, especially the case with 1.12s where you can almost always do many of them.

 

But you can panda as many as you like at the same time.

 

Is there a script that puts the GID on the overwatch watcher when it pops up, since it's not there when you open it on worker. I think LLL had it on hers one time.

 

So only panda multiple 1.12's only right? i dont even know what is a 1.12. is that a hit id number or what??

1.12 is the reward amount per HIT.. i think

I banned myself from c sats, have never done one

 

I'm asking if there is one ,or is it another older version of OW

 

PANDA: PandA is shorthand for "Preview and Accept". By default mTurk links to hits in a preview format, by changing it to "previewandacept" it will automatically accept the HIT instead of just previewing it.

Run ONE panda for the 1.12s. Running more than one will do nothing except cause more PREs (errors).

Here's a scenario:
Lefty is running her 1.12 panda, and suddenly CSATS drop! The panda for 1.12 catches some while she frantically clicks the others from OW which just pinged her (which she lovingly refers to as babies). She then starts pandas for those babies, and sits there watching them one by one and reaps massives profits and rewards!

1.12 = the monetary amount ($1.12) they don't change very often. Visit the link to see the GID's for them.

 

Click on all the 1.12 s in your post it will take you to a TH wiki page that has a running list of C-Sat pandas.

 

Paging @LLL ! I have my OW pull up things in www because I work from my www queue and panda from worker.



I hit accept, and the groupid is in the panda link, that's usually what I put in my PC, though I think some people on the forum have other ways of doing it.
