Are they still a thing? They got famous for a second then faded away but then made a brief comeback when Big Bang Theory used their song. I like most of these odd pop groups that show up from time to time. Barenaked Ladies, Bowling for Soup, Sugar Ray, They Might be giants... catchy songs that we'll always remember the lyrics to but usually forget the band in between hearing their songs lol.

Chances are it is with that many people. If so, you may want to reach out to that team and make sure AD replication isn't causing any delays. IIRC 3 hours is the default, but you can manually replicate if you have DCs in different sites. That has been a PITA for me before with policy updates.

I had a similar experience. I did Tech Trivia Bowl, and was the token female. They had uniform standards, and naturally I wore a skirt, heels, a vest instead of the boxy blazers, and my little ascot (instead of the tie) with pig tails.They didn't even make the ascot anymore, but no way in hell was I going to wear that unflattering AF tie if I could help it. I would make direct eye contact with the nerds across from me, wink, and shockingly beat them to the answer. I don't wanna go so far as to say I was the trendy dork, but yeah, you could say I was.

I'm still pissed we came in third at my last big competition, to this day,because my dumbass teammate was convinced he knew the right answer and I was wrong.

He was wrong.

This was actually how I got such a big scholarship from Clemson though. I was nerding out so hardcore they offered to waive out of state tuition and $$$, after the competition. So, I mean, it paid off! Still pissed though.

 

I would hazard to say it will take a while.

 

I was listening to Bowling For Soup this morning. They were one of my first concerts that wasn't country music, gotta love the south....

 

I'm pretty sure my professor doesn't realize how much ink/toner costs lol. He makes all his slides with a dark background and light text. If I tried to print these I would probably kill whatever printer I used

They had some good catchy songs for awhile. I saw a few minutes of them when they were doing a free concert at the fair several years ago. They were still plugging away with the same old songs.

 

Why on earth would you print powerpoint slides... That's never a good idea lol. If there is information meant to be printed out he should be making handout print views that will take the information and print it in a standard format.
