That's better than my last rejection that actually stayed rejected. They asked enough questions in the beginning that I didn't pick up that it was a screener, they didn't say a time for the HIT, and they gave me a code at the end of the screened out. Only clue I got that it was a screener was the rejection note.

I'll take unpaid over covertly ambushed.

I get my version numbering philosophy from the Chrome team, who is currently working towards Chrome 63-65 by the end of the year (I'm already getting warnings that MIDI in iFrames will require special permissions in Chrome 64).

[major].[minor].[bugfix] versioning is for people who actually sell their software to people, as a hybrid between technical information and marketing metadata. It's kinda pointless to people who release stuff for free, but lots of programmers stick with it because of habit or because the tradition was passed down to them.

It is pretty funny honestly. Get one unfair rejection overturned, only to get a fair one lol. Karma! Seriously though in my defense, there was a survey. I didn't read the title since it scrolled, I just got straight to work. Oh well. I offered to PayPal her the amount to overturn the rejection. Normally I wouldn't but this was indeed my fault. Just sucks all around because I actually did the survey for it!

Yup. B/f's ex roommate raised him, he was always getting picked up for roaming by random people and someone would post him on the local lost/found page. Then the jerk decided to dump him and we saw him at the shelter about 5 months ago. We didnt have our place yet but he was adopted out. Now he's at a different shelter 30 minutes away. Called and left our number, so the staff is going to see if we can adopt him.
