My neuro had me try more epsom salt baths too, since that's magnesium sulfate. It helps a bit when I'm having dystonic episodes or my migraine is punching me in the face. If you've never seen someone with an ice pack strapped to their face and earplugs sitting in an epsom salt bath, just come over to my place! I take compounded magnesium 3 times a day and I think I would fall over dead without it LOL. The thing I hated most about moving so far was giving up my favorite neurologist, who is aces. I would literally drive 3 hours to see him, and now I am sad. I saw the same dude from 18-27 because every time I switched to someone closer, they borked my care up.

But I'll always have my baller magnesium with high AF bioavailability. Never leave me bb. You and me, forever.
