The city is a vile place simply for having an airport that has been "under construction" for the entirety of my time on this planet.. or at least that's what it feels like

 

We normally get 1ft+ snow a week here in Rochester. It's been 45 and raining all week. Not complaing.

My computer is my heater and it is 64.9f in my room right now (we could turn on the actual heater but that is wasteful).. The apartment outside of my room is ~57f according to the thermostat and it is a rainy 44f outside atm.

Yeah how could we ever make money without HN

(If you want to look at the traffic of new people it likely would be interesting to see how today without HN compares to other days when it is working)

 

Can I be honest with you? I've never had a garbage plate. I shouldn't be able to call myself a resident haha

I find it funny tho how so many people are moving here from all over especially the north, and a good number love it here, but then you have the ones that are here by choice and talk crap about being here, I just tell them to go back north where they came from then, nothing against northerners but these are the main ones that I hear complaining.

 

I flew out of Charlotte to visit my family for Christmas and it was a horror. I spent an hour in the TSA line and that was after leaving a different line when an airport employee told people behind me they'd miss their flight if they stayed in that line. XD

I mean my home town is retirement central so I have no complaints about Charlotte. I think lots of northerners' default speech setting is complain. :x
