I don't think they ever were in business.
If they charged money, they might have a motivation to still be around and up to date.

 

I don't think I have ever done one. Got 6 rejections from A9 2 years ago and didn't touch another Amazon requester till Rekogs 2 months ago.

Then I found out a lot of my long gone requesters just changed to ARI so i've been hamming on all of them sense, except only 20 barcodes and no CI's.

I just star at the screen and have A9 flashbacks.

The estate sale was at the end of 2016. I got a watch!
