I'm watching one of the Cholecystectomy (Clipping and division of the cystic duct and artery) c-sats right now and dude straight up drops one of the clips, loses it in a pool of blood, tries to grab it a couple times and then just gives up and leaves it there and grabs a new one.

 

What are some decent basic qualms that are easy to get such as the adult content one. ?

 

I totally feel the same way right now. Adulting is so disappointing 99% of the time.

Productrnr quals are mostly auto-granted. I'm not sure how often they post anymore though. I found them underpaid personally but some people like them and can make them lucrative.
