    Damn, OCMP5 lowered my qualification score from 90 to 80. I can't do them anymore. I haven't done other hits in months. I've forgotten how to turk otherwise. :afraid:

    Hysterectomy dissection, with some crazy stuff going on on the other side of the tissue wall with pins. Just perfect movements like the instruments were fingers instead of robots, perfect co-ordination, perfect tissue control... I'm blown away.
