I am a man in my 40s. I have for all intents built a house, including HVAC, electrical to code, plumb to code...
The fucking idiots here look at my clogged-up drain, which I don't have tools for, and are like [shrug]"Welp, it's always been slow".
Walk away give me a yellow sheet.
I have to call the Maint. Super. to get it done.
This happened on two other issues with two complete boneheads. I gave them hints on hyow to fix the drain, the sink, the door hinges... they just WHOOSH.
So now I just have the Super come and fuck those idiots.

F them indeed. I mean, I don't know HVAC but I know enough to know that it's not right that my furnace HAD power and just needed a new motor, he spliced the wires after telling my tenant "he didn't have the right wires, I'll just hotwire it myself" because the replacement motor had an industrial plug (previous was a regular residential plug), and now I don't have power. I get that these things happen but charging me $75 and threatening it wasn't covered under insurance (found out today it was), was NOT the right move.

 

I picked up Louis from the vet and he's so sad He's like a whole new dog personality-wise and won't do anything except stand in place
