    That happened to me on Wednesday and I almost cried. I kept getting "internal error" whenever it tried to send me a code. It happened on regular amazon too. I thought I was fucked. Eating pizza for 3 hours and watching tv fixed it. (I had to wait until my login expired, then it was fine.)
