    But there is no accept button? I try and grab it from overwatch and it goes to the worker site and says it is not available. Other people have the option to Panda it, but I don't. So, for jobs like C-SATS, which I have never done, I can't Panda the new job.

    If you can click on the notification you can panda it. As soon as you open a new tab and it doesn't catch it, just look at the URL and copy the GID/the whole thing, go to Panda Crazy and click "new job," then paste in the URL/GID.
