No apparent relevant skills, and 75% of his non-HIT posts are just complaining about people (usually me). The rest are just mediocre HITs. Noise.

You'd think he could block me if he didn't like me, but his inferiority complex means that he'd rather prod at me and trick himself into feeling important. Trying to tear someone down is an easier way to make yourself feel important than actually being important by being good at something. Right?

The simple fact of the matter is that what you do is much more "replaceable" than what I do. You haven't earned the right to think of yourself as important, and trying to tear people down makes for a poor substitute. Get gud.
