11/27 - Mixed-up Monday!

After mulling this over a bit, I've decided that even though this is important, it's #3, behind two more important traits:

#1: The ability to create and use tools.
#2: The ability to separate the mind from one's immediate surroundings (leading to imagination, which itself leads to foresight).
#3: The ability to leverage these key traits amongst like-minded others in the pursuit of synergy, so that all members come out ahead.

 

UPS is officially on my shitlist. I was supposed to get my steam link in the mail today but of course they came in a small window where I wasn't home. For some reason they don't leave packages or attempt a second delivery anymore so I have to go all of the way across town. If I had known they would do that I would have just chosen in store pickup instead of paying Gamestop $6 to ship it since UPS is further away than Gamestop.

 

Probably the time of year.

Everyone is ordering packages right now, and there probably isn't enough room on the truck to fill it with "second attempt" packages.

And they don't want to be liable this time of year for package thieves stealing it off your porch.

 

I understand but it's so frustrating. Especially since I should be able to have them leave the package.
