11/27 - Mixed-up Monday!

Always be qualing. Last week around 80% of my earnings was from closed quals. Mostly because I didn't have the time to do anything else but I still was able to make my weekly goal of $500.

 

Oh I know. I've been so sporadic I miss a lot, and most of my closed quals seldom show up anymore... and sometimes when they do, I just don't have it in me to do them. I'm more sad at how much I suck because I'm so freaking lazy and am reminded of it whenever you post. LOL

r/mturk has made me feel good about myself since about a week BEFORE I actually started turking.

I love that post. I'm actually more a $50-60 type, that just isn't actually turking consistently during the day, and gets too lazy with follow-through. Mommy world for a homeschooler of 11 year old twins (one with special needs) doesn't lend itself well to really focusing or following a decent workflow most of the time. I can pull it out when I need to though.

And AMEN I get rid of the craptastic laptop Wednesday evening, if shipping times are correct. Hopefully the move over is swift and painless and being my first new computer since I started turking I can set it all up from the beginning the way I want/need it.

Unless I'm mistaken its adjusted for the special typing pad thing they use.. its not like a regular keyboard. Same thing court reporters use IIRC?

 

I'm the fastest typer I know - I just tested on 10fastfingers and got 167 wpm. -
225 is ridiculous

It is cheating if you only test your speed with your favorite porn websites.

 

I just type one letter of those - and they come up on the address bar.
