I have had an ongoing war with the USPS ever since I moved to my present location and I have complained all the way up the chain but it just boils down to the fact that they are union and don't care. They will do the absolute minimum or nothing at all.

 

I've done OK today, given that I am struggling with my eye now swelling shut. I may have to go to the butche.... I mean doctor tomorrow.

But they don't really need a script. You can set windows side-by-side and just drag the URL from one window to the body of the other.

Yes, you're entirely correct, some people do in fact choose to hang themselves with it. Some slowly, some fast. Anyone worth banning is forever from here on out known to me as a "self solving problem." In my experience here I've learned that people just can't really hide who they truly are, so if someone is a nasty person everyone will catch on eventually. The worst thing I can do is figure it out first & ban them pre-emptively (or, heaven forbid, mistakenly since I'm just a dude and do not always have great judge of character) because then I end up getting called a communist on reddit lol.

The moderation queue is empty, so anything you've reported has most definitely been looked at & dealt with. The DM you sent me was seen, but quite frankly I have absolutely nothing nice to say about that situation and I make it a point to try and not express my personal feelings about individuals here in private because those things always seem to end up in public & out of context. Sorry I didn't reply at all, I just honestly had nothing nice to say about the issue and being that it isn't content that was found here I lean towards not making judgement/decisions off it.

I agree with you the Sam jokes are already way overboard & tiresome.. but fact is they're not going to go away until he does so there is zero point in expending energy on it. I only have so much focus to give in a day and there is no point allocating my brain to that problem until the underlying issue causing it is resolved.

Once the hooplah dies down it'll be the same as TM/adaaam.. every once in a blue moon it'll flare up because something happens but otherwise it fades into distant memory as god-only-knows-who takes his place.

 

We've been lucky until the last couple month. We've had a bunch of temp carriers doing our route. I don't know what happened to our old carrier but she was awesome. Always made sure packages were on the table on our porch/deck out of the rain. Would knock on the door before she took off. Now we are lucky to get our mail by 8:00pm and sometimes they don't deliver at all. Packages come throughout the day which never happened before.

Once had a package scanned as "undeliverable address". TF? We've lived here over 4 years and never had a problem with deliveries lol
