I've never heard of a Pin that could be submitted before you were done w/ whatever tasks it had available in it. I think you'll be alright.

 

Incredibly common. Western society is structured in a way that ends up in a lot of people feeling alone. Even adults who interact with lots of people on a daily basis usually feel no real connection to those people.

For most of us, high school was the last real opportunity we had to experience day-to-day life amongst a large group of familiar peers, the way our minds were designed to live. You work and play with the same group of people.

 

Dude, I thought it was so funny when you were like "Thats %$#@" - you thought I was up to mischief didnt you?

 

Sorry if you didn't have a good high school experience.

Lol it's not the age. It's just being familiar with a lot of faces you interact with every day, and seeing the same people at school/work/play/etc.

 

Frankly, I enjoyed college more, but I had a speciality area filled with interesting people. Geologists.

 

I see the same avatars every day. @Girl Polar Bear makes sure no one changes them to keep things like high school here.

 

Your college experience must have...rocked.

 

College can have that same sense of community, but it's more of a YMMV thing. Living off-campus and going to a community college with a mix of online/offline courses is totally different from going to a university and living in a frat/sorority.

 

The only time you're ever really with people all your same age with similar interests is school. In the world, for time eternal, you deal with different age groups, at the very least. In the modern world, you deal with people who do things other than you do. That's what builds communities. Learning to live in that diversified culture is more in line with "how we were meant to live". I mean, it's nice to be surrounded by peers who validate you at most turns, but still... that's not life.

 

Yeah well Taylor Swift is the Kardashians of good music.
