If you're white, you can get your day's worth pretty quickly, even on a cloudy day.
But the darker you are, the more susceptible you'll be to deficiency.
But light or dark, you're gonna be screwed if you're always indoors.

Besides that, syncing up your blue light exposure to some sort of circadian rhythm should help with that sleep cycle of yours, if you're trying to hammer it down.
