At my current flip-flop rate you'll be fine for a long time to come. I feel like w/o a proper on-boarding system inviting randoms creates a lot of value for them but lowers value for those currently using it..

Right now it works b/c the expectation is 90% of the reviews coming in are from folks who know wtf they're doing.. Inviting a bunch of folks who don't is alright, y'know maybe they'll earn a couple extra bucks/day off surveys or w/e.. but there is little in guidance on what kind of content the platform expects to receive.. which again has worked fine because there's a base level of understanding here of that.. but.. *looks at TO and shudders*

I'd hate to invite people, have them submit content w/o any guidance, and then tell them "no no, we don't want that shit here" b/c I feel like that'll feel bad for both sides.. but I also don't have time to write up that stuff atm 'cause worker transition

Yup, and with the fire smoke is blowing into the valley already. We have bad enough gusts with the mountain/valley stuff as it is, and add in the Santa Anas and they have to close some of the roads LOL. I had to chase after Bearnie to give him his inhaler cause the air quality isn't amazing at the moment.

I'm still gonna go roller blading today though, cause I ain't no little Grinch! The winds were so strong yesterday, I was able to defeat a large hill I normally can't go down cause the winds were pushing me backwards enough to keep me from accidentally going 12 mph and dying (so I only went a nice 8.8 lol).
