    Yeah, it's misconfigured lol.

    Type WWW at the beginning and you'll see that it works.

    Basically, they have their site set up so that http://mturkcrowd.com and www.mturkcrowd.com are taking you to different index pages.

    A lot of injuries, is due to lack of warming up the muscles. Just going in the gym ego full, finding the heaviest weight, lifting it once, feeling pain, still lifting and boom injury. Proper stretching static or dynamic and getting your heart rate up with some cardio before even lifting is the number one thing I tell my clients to do. For him, I would have him use a Stability ball while sitting on the ball to do bicep curls, so I can see teach him to use his core instead of his arms. This also teaches them how heavy they can truly go.

    But yeah, warmup is big.

    A lot of the big guys who bench 300+ lbs for reps start their workout as light as 135.
