I have to go to the doc today and don't feel like it. I'm scared that when I leave, my diet will have to change to look like @Vic and @ChrisTurk and this makes me very very sad and pretty darn scared.

I don't need advice. I need someone to clean my kitchen, or better yet, just come be a personal chef. My blood sugar and I have been coasting in a fog of denial for a while now. I just need to get better about my meds, eat better, exercise more, and my luck I'll be put on new meds which I'll hate and stop after a few months like the last one. But thanks for the offer. Your food isn't as scary as theirs. At least your some of your shakes look yummy.
