    Nice I was a dietary cook which means nothing. I fed old sick people and people with injuries with certain dietary restrictions for 8 years then the gluten free train started. Have you ever tried to cook gluten free noodles it's a pain.

    It wouldn't be bad bad but I was cooking in mass for 120 people most categorized in three types of diets. I used to down the free protein shakes in the fridge 300 calories I'd knock out 3 to bulk.

    I've had nurses tell me that's really the only disease to be on gluten free diet. A lot of people just kind of jump on the trend
