    FWIW the advice to "avoid saturated fat" to avoid heart disease simply isn't specific enough.

    For example, the Stearic Acid that comprises most of the SFA in beef is well-documented amongst several studies to have no statistically significant link to heart disease.

    I kinda stopped doing them after you went MIA.. Just wasn't as fun.. But this past batch some wonderful person pointed out they were hammable

    The # of "rejected" ones that were totally correct & that I just resubmitted with the exact same info is.. interesting lol.

    Like I said IF you have the means to get the good stuff do it. I have butcher for my meat sources, because the crap in the stores is bad. That's the point I'm making. People wanting to ditch meat, need to do there research.

    I've been feeling so crappy lately, the thought of a juice or fruit "cleanse" sounds sooooo good (I hate veggies. I haven't gotten to the point where a salad sounds good. Like, ever). I keep looking at the bottles of Cheribundi black cherry juice and wanting to buy a case.

    It's cool that that's the point you're making now instead of a base higher heart disease rate, but I'd argue that "People should research what they eat, unless they don't care" is the actual move.

    Tried clearing cookies, different browser, and different device on same network. I don't know if it's a time based thing though. I was getting it yesterday too. I don't imagine that it's permanent, but I want vrapis now!
