    IE has some weird Javascript quirks that some noob programmer might've leaned on.

    For example, someElement.click() is automatically "trusted" as a user-generated event in IE, whereas every other modern browser treats a programmatic click as untrusted.

    Also, ActiveX, Silverlight, etc...

    I don't know anything about Safari's quirks.
    I don't write with it in mind since I can't test it natively lol.
    So that'll be my scenario where I tell people: "Don't use that browser."
