    Yeah I'm off to bed too.

    I fall asleep by accident listening to programming lessons these days, and the GF apparently has to remove my laptop and headphones from me all the time now. And apparently I sit up and get all mad when she takes the headphones off of me. I don't remember a thing.

    tried lone wolf from dec 2016-october then went to treatment for a month, now i go to a meeting or recovery class almost everyday and i got a sponsor a week ago. who knows why programs work but they do
