I had to reset it and I have never not been able to fix a windows problem - 10 is so much junk code and bells and whistles its sickening

No, lol, it's a $5 survey. But I navigated away from it to do some other hit because it had a 4 hour timer. And this is what TV thinks my hourly is on it now.
