    OW is a scrapper, like hit finder or hit scrapper it lets you know when requesters or a certain kind of hit are available. There is an edit that you can put into OW that allows you to panda on PC

    If you sign up for TV, you can grab the more popular RequesterIDs like CSATs.

    They put out many various HITs that don't GroupID well on PC or other HIT scrapers, due to PREs. Instead you put their RequesterID on OW, and it tells you whenever they drop HITs.

    Ideally then you add the various CSAT HITs that they are dropping (from wiki here) onto PC, and start those PANDAS. Now you are not running into PREs, and scraping the HITs that are dropping.

    That's probably the most common use of OW, but if you do that you can see how it works for many things.

    Then there is the qual-scraper aspect...
