I'm getting a bunch of lag on this website while trying to type and do stuff. It seems like its updating and loading every 2 seconds. There some settings to adjust this?

If I refresh it starts back like 3 pages than loads in all the responses like 10 at a time. It currently shows the bottom comment and soon as someone posts something it adds the comment.
