I've checked it out here and there over the last few months. Some of the HITs are relatively recent (I recognized one from last night). I don't know who's 'dumping' those, but it at least could be a spot to find some different requesters.

FWIW you can use hitnotifier.com which is the same idea, but executed much better. Kada runs it. It misses probably most of the HITs exported to TH nowadays but its fine for watching other places if you wanted something like that.
