With my mobility issues there are a lot of things to consider and since this will likely be our final home Dave is also trying to keep in mind that considering our age diffrence I may end up in the house alone at some point. He wants to make sure I will be able to function in the house day to day on my own if need be. In our current house I can't do laundry cause I can't get to the area where the washer and dryer are.
