ohh, btw, there is an option that I will not be here, at Penn State, starting from this May, although I have not graduated yet. May try to graduate (still from PSU) but at Ontario (@leafs4_cup ) since no funding in here but can research outside. @Polar Bear you will get a new roommate or house owner.

 

Freezing food has completely changed my diet. I make enough stuff for 3 or 4 days and freeze half, so I always have something made if I'm too lazy to cook. Love finding stuff that I put in the freezer two weeks ago and forgot about. I was about to make some ribs the other day, but found some red sauce and meatballs. THought, "fuck it, I'll have both." Highly recommend cooking ribs slowly in red sauce.

 

I make it as chicken pot pie stew in the crock pot. Just the guts and we eat it just like that or I'll also make mashed potatoes to put a think layer on the bottom of the bowl and then a bunch on top.

Actual pot pies?
