    Not quite sure on your room or living situation but I would be cautious with water intrusion into a living space. That is a perfect breeding ground for black mold. If you experience frequent headaches or predisposed to breathing difficulties; I would recommend stopping the water intrusion.

    Oh, I am good on that. The second it floods I start moving stuff away, and flipping things to quick dry them.

    Well I am talking about also inside the wall cavities behind the sheetrock/wall coverings since the moisture is wicked up by the wooden studs. Regardless, just be careful with something going on like that because black mold is not something to play with.
