    I still don't understand why facebook thinks that my fake last name on facebook is real. I don't even have a real account and only use it when games ect want a facebook account for free shit ect.

    Anything that isn't chalky AF really. BCAA's by themselves can be really chalky and I find the super chalky ones hard to even drink. I used BPI Best Aminos for a while (but if you use those, buy them at Walmart, much cheaper than GNC). I use the BCAA's from PEScience right now (that place with the protein for oats I sent you) because they have added potassium. Usually I drink a serving during my workout and sometimes a serving after (especially if I do squats because the DOMS from those kill me for the next three days for some ungodly reason).
